Successfully completed customer satisfaction survey of mining dump trucks

Our organization has successfully conducted a customer satisfaction survey on international and Chinese brands of mining wide-body and dump trucks between August and September 2024. This survey covered vehicles purchased between July 2023 and June 2024, including brands such as SANY, TONLY, LINGONG, SDLG, SCANIA, and HINO, across Indonesia, Chile, Thailand, Mongolia, and China.

The aim of the survey was to assess the current conditions in order to provide products and services that meet the needs of customers when supplying mining dump trucks to the market. In this survey, we interviewed sales representatives, engineers, and drivers regarding their satisfaction with the vehicles, including issues related to sales and after-sales services, maintenance, and specific demands tied to these trucks.

Data for the survey was collected both through in-person field visits based on customer-provided contact information and using the snowball method to reach additional participants.
